Development

While development and redevelopment are important to a growing city, we need to have smart development and protection of green spaces. All new development in Clifton needs to have flood mitigation as part of their plans for both the property being developed and the surrounding properties. Further large development needs to ensure that it will not overburden existing infrastructure, if it will, the developer will need to fix these issues.
